Crionics Server products are licensed per CPU. Please refer to the section below to figure out how many licenses are required for your system.

Modern CPUs tend to integrate several processing units (either cores or hyper threading). Please use the table below to identify how many licenses are required for each processor category. For accurate readings, we provide a script - please ask Crionics for more details.

PROTECTION

Except for the Viewer, all jPDF products can only run on the hardware for which they have been licensed. The hardware can be identified by an IP Address, a Fully Qualified DNS (machinename.domainename.ext) or a hardware key.

REFUND/CANCELLATION POLICY

Software may be returned for refund within 30 days of the invoice date if a license key has not been generated.
Because Crionics offers free trials, you may evaluate the product's features before you actually purchase it.

We accept payments with US checks, bank wire transfers, major credit cards (through Google checkout) or purchase orders (please contact us to request a quotation).

SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) encryption technology is used to transfer data securely. The encryption is certified by VeriSign.

When you pay by credit card, your order will be processed immediately. Products are generally ready for download right after the card is approved, or no more than 24 hours after you place your order.

jPDF VIEWER

Please note that jPDF Viewer comes with a unique license agreement.
Why? Our Viewer runs on a client's computers rather than on a server. Therefore, unlike server-side products, it doesn't permit any CPU or IP address restrictions.

The license agreement allows your company to use this software for a minimum of 12 consecutive months. During this period, you will enjoy full support and upgrades (see Maintenance for more details).
However, once the license period has expired, the viewer will show a red-cross watermark on every page.
